Choose a social or political issue that is important to you and create a weblog sketching the contours of the issue, as you have come to understand it. The outline should consist of an introductory post providing basic information and additional posts that supplement and update this information. Conduct research on the subject via the Internet, interviews, magazines, books, movies etc., and post, link or upload the information gathered to the blog. Add information/links/commentary to the site on a daily basis for one week. Add relevant pictures for illustrational purposes.

Blogs will be evaluated for clarity of purpose (to inform your readership on a social issue) and the kind and quality of the research conducted (range of linked material, relevance of content) as well as the quality of the written commentary.
